At STM Diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your model arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the diecast model back in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
