How do you ensure models are not damaged during shipping?

What happens if I receive a model with a manufacturing defect?
While we inspect items before dispatch, manufacturing defects can occur. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect to initiate a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy for 'Change of Mind'?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the model is unopened and the original manufacturer seal is intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
